Today marks the end of a hectic holiday week and also happens to be Local Business Saturday! To show our appreciation for our wonderful community, we're offering a special gift—an hour-long, soothing yoga session culminating in a serene soundbowl experience. Join us to unwind and destress.
No yoga experience is required. This gentle yoga class is perfect for all!
If you have a yoga mat and yoga blocks, please bring them with you. If not, we have a limited supply free to use at the studio!
