Now is your chance to unwind with Dominee as she leads a half hour gentle yoga practice followed by half an hour of a beautiful singing bowl soundbath.
If you have never heard the soothing sounds from a singing bowl, you are in for a treat. It’s a wonderful way to relax your body and your mind, step away from the distractions of our own thoughts and anxieties, and allow our mind to soften.
