Weekly journal prompts to inspire observation and better understanding of our self. Whether to better learn about self for improvement, a place to vent and untangle to aid in our mental health, or just a way to improve your writing and self care practices, this group is open to all.
Feel free to share the answers to each journal prompt, to ask further questions or share breakthroughs if you wish, but engagement is not necessary. We love our silent learners, too.
I, Kimbrena, will post weekly journal prompts to this group. If in person discussion is desired, our Thursday slow flow at 10:30 will reflect the subject of our journaling group and anyone can discuss the week's prompts if desired. No pressure!
